Good winter boot, but hard on the pedicure! I love how cozy these boots are, but hate how they turned my feet, toenails, and ankles black from the dyed lambswool!! I walked around with what my friends called “dead feet” for a couple weeks after I got them. Don’t know if this will eventually end, but I’ve started wearing them with socks instead of without, as initially recommended. Happy overall, though, as it took me months to find anything both comfortable and not too Friely. Don’t go well with slacks (too bulky and fabric gets stuck to suede), but great with jeans.

Yummy boots! I love these boots. I had originally cheaped out and bought some knockoff Frye from LLBean and was really disappointed. They were huge and were getting bigger by the day not to mention very slippery in the snow. I wear mine w/o socks which was the allure for me. My feet tend to sweat then get cold and clammy but not with these boots. I waterproofed them and they are good to go. I thought they ran big but mine felt as though they just fit. I want to wear them all the time.
